Stress and relaxation relief techniques
‘Stress’ the term is quite common in our today’s lifestyle. Stress is a condition people suffering with due to many conditions related to work, society or personal lifestyle. With our growing population and mechanical lifestyle people are suffering more with ‘tension’, ‘depression’, ‘anxiety’, ‘nervousness’ etc. These are all happen due to mental imbalance or emotional imbalance but have great side effects on our health.Relaxation is the opposite of stress. It helps to reduce the level of tension and reverse the symptoms associated with stress.
Following are some of the steps can be taken to reduce stress or tension level-
1. Experts are recommending exercises at least 10 minutes per day which is a positive way to reduce stress level.
2. Apart from doing some physical exercises Deep Breathing is also a helpful way to keep away stress from our daily life. Sit straight on your back; make your mind free from tension. Inhale deeply but slowly without any interruption. Exhale deeply with your moth, slowly.
3. A great way to reduce tension is watching a funny video.
4. Go for a brisk walk if possible. A good way also to get rid of stress and anxiety.
5. Talk to your friend or a person whom you trust. Try to share your feelings.
6. Try to find out the positive sides of your problem.
7. Eat plenty of fruits and green vegetables. Avoid taking alcohol and caffeine.
8. Don’t smoke. This is simply dangerous.
