Taking good care for heart includes regular exercise, not smoking, leading stress free life and eating healthy foods.

Boost your heart health by first adding Blueberries into your diet regularly. Blueberries contain anthocyanins. It also contains high fiber with vitamin C.

Salmon, the cold water fish is considered as good for heart. It contains protein with Omega-3 fatty acids, which is really good for heart.

High protein contained fiber Soy Protein is excellent for heart also. It also contains vitamins and minerals. A diet contains soy protein can lower down LDL “bad” cholesterol which can help to prevent cardiovascular diseases and keep your heart strong and healthy.

1. Drink skimmed milk for avoiding cholesterol and fat related problems.

2. Instead of eating fried foods it’s always better to eat steamed, boiled or microwaved foods.
