Skin care with Apple

Apple, the highly nutritious fruit has a wonderful therapeutic effect to blood vessels, which also helps to improve circulation. Thus eating apple daily helps you to maintain a good health. From skin care point of view the following tips might help you to maintain a beautiful and healthy looking skin-

1. Take ΒΌ of an apple. Then peel of the skin and grate. Refrigerate them. Apply on skin and leave them for 15 minutes. Then wash the skin with cool water. This remedy is useful for dry skin. Also helpful for making skin healthy with its natural glow.

2. Use apple mask for normal skin-

Take 1 apple, cored and quartered. First drop the apple pieces into a food processor and chop. Add honey to them and refrigerate for 10 minutes. Pat the mixture onto your face with a light tapping motion until the honey feels tacky. Leave it for 30 minutes and then rinse.

    Make a mixture of half apple, 15ml honey, two drops of lavender essential oil and two drops of rosemary essential oil. Apply the mixture on the face as a mask and leave it for half an hour. Rinse off with tepid water and then tone and moisturise as usual. This process makes your skin gorgeous.
