Daily Skin Regimen…Try It!

Skin is the largest organ in body. So, you should take proper care to keep it healthy and well nourished. Thus, before you apply any herbal or chemical based product to make your skin healthy, you should be well aware of our skin type. Now some tips for the different types of skin:
Oily skin: Try to keep the skin as clean as possible. Avoid using chemical based soap on the facial skin as because it washes away the natural moisturizer from the skin. So, it is recommended to use an herbal based face wash to clean up. Use a light moisturizer after washing the skin.
Combination skin: This skin requires being clean, specially on the center to avoid blackheads. After cleansing, use a moisturizer, concentrating more on the dried area of the skin.
Dry skin: Use a cleansing milk to melt away the dirt, rather than face wash. And finally, grease your skin with a thick layer of creamy moisturizer to avoid tightness of the skin.
Normal skin: This type of skin is balanced and trouble free. Make sure that you clean your face well with a gentle face wash and then massage your skin with a toner to give your skin a cooling effect.

    There are few things which are very important after cleaning, toning and moisturizing.
    Stay away from over exposure of sun rays.
    Stop smoking.
    Take proper food and ample amount of rest.
    Try to keep control on anxiety.
    Never forget to exercise.
    Wear less make up if possible or clean properly and as early as possible.
    Stop touching your face with dirty hands.
