Multipurpose use of OLIVE OIL

The olive tree is a symbol of abundance, glory and peace. Olive Oil is the solitary vegetable oil that can be consumed as it is. For the people of Mediterranean, this olive oil is more than a chief diet. It is said to have magical powers in them, as because the oil is even used as medicinal purposes apart from using it as an edible oil. This olive oil is a natural fluid, which holds taste, aroma, vitamins and other important qualities of the olive fruit. The oil of the olive is extracted from the fruit.
To maintain a good health, wonderful complexion and shining hair, olive oil is the best. Olive oil helps to mend split ends, heal dandruffs, and makes the hair silky, shiny and glistening; just by massaging the oil onto the hair as well as scalp. Olive oil also works wonder on rough and cracked areas of skin. This makes the skin soft and well nourished. It even works well as an excellent
natural moisturizer. Other than hair and skin, olive oil is even good as lip balm, soap, to remove brittleness from nails and bath oil.
